i should have said something to you guys earlier, but i'm going to RISD (Rhode Island School of Design!) to pursue art! i never thought that this could happen, but it is. yay! hopefully i'll turn out some good stuff for you guys to see.

Sorry for all of you who sent me notes asking for commission rates and I replied really slowly. I've spent a long time thinking about prices (thanks Juby) because i don't want to overcharge anyone, but at the same time I don't want to undervalue my work. Thank you for your patience!

I. Pricing

CLEAN PENCIL SKETCHES - (b/w work on your choice of either smooth paper or textured sketch paper, 8 x 11 and 9 x 12 respectively)

*If you want work in other media or styles (realism, etc), don't be afraid to ask; I actually specialize in traditional media like pastel, watercolor, and pencils, not openCanvas haha.

II. Procedure - PAYPAL ONLY! thanks.

1. Shoot me a detailed request, preferrably with reference pictures. Send me your location if you're requesting a traditional piece so I can figure out shipping.

2. I'll consider your request (This is for quality control only because I don't want you to pay me money for a crappy drawing of an autobot!). If I accept your request, I will send you an invoice (price of drawing + shipping). Please pay half.

3.a. Digital Artwork - I'll send you a preliminary sketch, and basically ask for your feedback periodically via email with screencaps.
3.b. Traditional Artwork - I'll e-mail you the sketch for approval (there are obviously less steps taken with sketches since I'm not coloring them.)

4. When it's complete, send me the second half of the payment and I'll send you your drawing (either via e-mail or the postal service).

i've missed you guys very muchhh!
oh, and this means i can draw again haha.
anyway, going to get back into practice, and seeing as i have the whole month of june free, i'll see if i can make something good enough to put up!

i just have to say my style is way different. after another year of developing it, i'd say it's a lot looser and freer, with much fewer strokes. so if you think my art is simple before, it's gotten even simpler haha.

i've also reallocated some of my love for art over to fashion and cooking. it's great.

i don't have much else to say except that i'm sorry i can't post often enough! i know i personally hate it when a fashion blog isn't updated very often, so i can sympathize with you guys if you're mad at me for wasting space on your watch list. hope you'll find it in your heart to forgive meeee.
